Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.

Customers receive tracking details via email/SMS after dispatch.

In case of delivery delays due to courier or unforeseen events, we will assist but are not liable for courier delays.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, certain items (like panties) are non-returnable unless defective.

Customers must ship the product back to us at their own cost.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

For replacements, new items are shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
